Trauma Release and Soul Fragment Retrieval
How To Begin
Select a chronically troublesome area in your life as your intention for healing. If you have physical pain that is a lovely topic because the feedback is unmistakable, but all life-pains on any level can resolve with this method. This exercise is worded as if you are working with physical pain, but you can adjust the wording to suit your situation. Rate the pain, be it physical, mental, emotional, etc. on a scale of 1 to 10. This is your beginning point.
In self-treatment, the DDD (Dilemma of Delusion and Denial) is stronger than when working with others. This makes it tough to get clarity with clairvoyance and clairaudience. Therefore, we recommend that at first you work only with your intention and your hands (clairsentience) when self-treating. As you practice, you will gain clarity and confidence. More importantly, you will come to trust that you are loved just as you are, and therefore feel it's safe to see your own flaws so you can work with them. Your ability to self-treat will improve exponentially and soon you will be using other perceptions, but if this is your first time through, focus on the power in your hands.
Prepare for Deep Healing
Begin with the Opening Process (Chapter Two, Opening Process Walk-Through and Appendix One) to create sacred space for yourself. Holding your intention of experiencing trauma release and soul fragment retrieval, ask your Guides to help you with this exercise.
Draw your focus to the pain-topic you have selected for this exercise. Gently and lovingly connect to the pain; instead of avoiding how it feels, hold sweet curiosity about it. Don't be afraid to feel what is really there. The only helpful attitude to have is mindful awareness. You can do it.
Use the Screens of Light (Chapter Six, Practice Exercise with Screens, Cords, and Spears) to clear away superficial energy blockages from your entire energy body, not only the small area surrounding the pain. Begin with the Chain-Link Fence size screen, use smaller and smaller mesh, and complete with the Sticky Fog.
Pay attention as the screens pass through. Often you will notice them sticking or snagging at certain spots; note those areas as places in which traumas might be buried. The pain that manifests in your knee might have roots somewhere entirely different. Simply note the areas. Periodically ask your Guides if you are complete with the screens. When you get a "Yes," move to the next step, below.
General Call for Soul Fragment Retrieval
With intention and even by circulating your hands, create a smaller bubble of light between your hands, approximately two feet high by 1 foot wide. Now hold your hands out, palms up. Call for all your soul fragments who wish to heal, to come into this bubble of light in your hands. Notice the tangible weight of the energy on your hands as the fragments settle into the bubble.
Gently stir the energy of the smaller bubble with intention and by circulating your hands once more. Ask the fragments themselves to converge on the pinpoint of light at the center of the bubble; as they do so, they help each other heal. Ask for Lightbeings to help these soul fragments release their burdens and become clear. Ask your Guides for a sign when the fragments are ready to be reintegrated; be alert for the signal. If you feel stalled out, assume it's time to move on.
Shift the bubble from both hands into one hand. Use your free hand to thin your aura at the spot through which it feels the fragments will enter your body. Often this is the spot of the pain, or one of the spots the screens snagged on. When in doubt, simply choose a spot. The belly, the chest, and the crown are all common entry points.
Call for a golden mesh funnel; position it over the entry spot, and then pour the bubble of soul energy through the mesh funnel and into yourself. Send the funnel to recycling when the energy has all entered. Re-thicken the aura by smoothing your energy field back into position.
Using both hands, draw your hands up and down over and around your body with the intention to draw this wave of soul energy through your entire field. Notice the sense of peacefulness arising as the soul fragments settle into position. Let coughs, yawns, and other body signals happen; don't suppress the energy movement.
Send a unifying frequency through your field with sound, with intention, or by asking for Divine help. Ask for the secondary release. Ask Lightbeings who know exactly what to do to bring the work to perfection.
Reassess the pain on a scale of 1 to 10. Note what progress has already occurred. Now continue on to experience for yourself the difference it makes to incorporate trauma release into the process of soul fragment retrievals. In the future you may decide to skip this general call for soul fragments, and go directly to the trauma release and specific call for soul fragments - but try it at least once to feel the differences for yourself.
Trauma Release by Feel
Focus on your hands just as you did in the Feel the Field exercise of Chapter Three. Choose a location to begin with: either the location of the pain, or a place in which the screens snagged. Feel the air around the location of the pain with your hands. You will find energy of traumas there. It's tangible; you can feel it.
Wrap the strands of traumas around each other to form a rope. Gently but firmly start to draw this trauma-rope up and out of your body. You will feel the rope in your hands. You may even feel interesting pulling sensations in your body as the trauma-rope begins to release. Hand the energy up to your Guides or other higher-dimension Lightbeings that may be present; ask them to take it away to be recycled into clean, fresh energy.
Repeat this process of feeling, grasping, drawing up and out, and handing over to be recycled until your hands can't find anything else to pull out. Intend to collect any loose ends, wrap them around each other, and pull them out like a smaller rope of trauma-threads. Hand them up for recycling; repeat this release of loose ends as many times as is needed until you no longer feel anything there to release. Intend to draw everything out by the roots. Intend to get it all.
Having done what you can do, now it is appropriate to ask for Lightbeings who know exactly what to do to complete the process of release. Note the energy shifts. Repeat that request several times until the benefit has stabilized.
At this point, pause and re-assess the pain. Label it on the scale of 1 to 10. There is often significant improvement even at this stage.
Soul Fragment Retrieval
Now that traumas have released, there will undoubtedly be even more soul energy that will wish to return. Pulse the vortex; pulse the living waters. Reset your personal energy field with the techniques from Chapter Four's Trouble-Shooting section. This is a sign of respect to this soul energy; it lets the fragments know you will be giving them your best efforts.

Reassess the pain on a scale of 1 to 10. It should be dramatically less and often it is completely gone. Then place a sacred seal on the experience with the Closing Process (Chapter Four, Closing Process Walk-Through and Appendix Two).
My friend, your mind might at this point interject unhelpful comments and questions, such as, "Did I imagine that? Surely that didn't really happen." Remember: our minds are not the friends we think they are. Thousands of other people have experienced this. You aren't crazy or delusional. It is real. Let the blessings in.
